Health licence renewals


Scheduled maintenance notification

Due to system maintenance our online services will be unavailable between

  • 7am, Saturday 22 November and 10.30am, Sunday 23 November and between
  • midday, Friday 28 November and 8am, Monday 1 December
  • Once complete, the work we are doing will enable us to offer you improved services both on and offline.

    We will accept online payments to renew the following health licences. Click on the links for more information about licensing.

    You can make the payment online if you have received an invoice. An invoice would be sent to you if you returned your registration form without payment attached.

    You will need
    • your invoice number and account number. These are included on your invoice.
    • your credit card details - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

    • find out about Auckland City's privacy policy
    • you will find step by step instructions as you go through the payment process
    • when using the service we recommend that you use the navigation buttons provided within the screens.  Use of the 'enter' key in some screens may have unexpected results.

    This will open a new window:

    • close the browser window when you are finished.
    • note that the session will expire after 20 minutes.

    What's next

    At the end you will be given a reference number. Receipts for online payments are not available, however you can either print the screen or note down the details for future reference. Phone us on (09) 379-1344 or email us if you have any problems.
